Research on the Cultivation and Application of Tactical Awareness in University Football Training

MA Jie Jinzhong Normal Junior College， Jinzhong， Shanxi Province， O3o6oo China [Abstract] Current university footbal training commonly sufers from weak tactical awarenesscultivation and a disconnect between training and competition，which hinders the comprehensive improvement of student players' competitiveabilitiesand footballiteracy.Thispaperisbasedonthecoreconnotationoftacticalawarenessinuniversity football，explainingitsfour-dimensionalelements：spatial perception，predictiveability，tactical decisionmaking，and coordinated execution，and presenting significant stage development characteristics.Research reveals that the current training ystem has structural deficiencies such asafocus on technologyover tactics，single teaching methods，insufficient adversarial intensity，lack of personalized gudance，and absence of evaluation mechanisms.Toaddressthese problems， thearticle proposes systematic training strategies： it strengthens contextualized tactical theory teachingand consolidates cognitive foundations; itoptimizes training content designand enhances decision-making eficiency through highintensitysmall-sided adversarial training; itreinforces practical applicationand posts match review to promote tactical internalization; it implements structured teamcollborationtraining tocultivationtactical execution tacit understanding.
