Exploration of the Integration of Al Technology into the Logic and Implementation of Physical Education in Higher Education Institutions in the New Era

[Abstract] This paper discuses the main problems existing in physical education in higher education institutions, including the contradictionbetween standardized teaching and individual needs,the lack ofa dynamic assessmentsystem, the absence ofsports risk preventionand control management mechanism,and the imbalance in the distributionof teaching resources.In response to these problems,the paper proposes the logical framework and implementation path of integrating artificial intellgence (AI)technology into physical education.Bycreating personalized teaching models, establishing real-time feedbacksystems,strengtheningsafety early warning capabilities,andachieving intelligent resource allocation,AI technologycan efectivelysolve the drawbacksof homogenization in traditional teaching,improve teaching quality and student participation. Atthe implementation level, this paper emphasizes thecore value of using dynamic data to optimize teaching practices,using AI technology to monitorand analyze students'sports performance in real time to ensure that teaching strategies matchstudents'development needs.Atthesame time,with the helpof real-time feedback mechanisms and inteligent early warning systems,teachers canadjust teaching content to fectively avoid the risk of sports injuries.The above innovative measures aim to enhance the personalization and precision level
of physicaleducation,whilelayingasolidfoundationforbuildingasafeand eficient physical education teaching environment.
