Research on Optimization Strategies for Collaborative Teaching of "Map Navigation + Physical Training" in University Orienteering Teaching

Jinzhong Vocational and Technical College,Jinzhong, Shanxi Province, O3O4Oo China [Abstract] The collaborative teaching model of "map navigation + physical training" has broken the barrier between isolated skil trainingand physical training inuniversityorienteering teaching,andisincreasinglyvalued inuniversity teaching practice.Based on the concept and characteristics of orienteering teaching,this paper systematically explores the multi-dimensional values of "map navigation + physical training"collaborative teaching from the dimensions of promoting efective transformation of knowledge andability,stimulating students' intrinsic learning motivation,and aligning with the modern educational concept of health first.Meanwhile,the practical diffculties faced by the collaborative teaching of "map navigation + physical training" were deeply analyzed from four aspects: teaching content, teaching mode, guaranteemechanismand evaluation system.Finally,targeted optimization paths for the colaborative teaching strategy of "map navigation + physical training" are proposed, mainly including implementing content integration tobuildacolaborativeteaching system; Itinnovates teaching methods tooptimizethecollborative teaching process;It promotes the upgrading of guarantee mechanisms to consolidate thefoundationofcollaborative teaching; It practices diversifiedevaluationtoimprove thefeedbackmechanismofcolaborativeteaching.Thisresearchisintended to provide theoretical reference for the teaching reform of orienteering in universities.
