Research on Optimization of Training Paths for High-Pressing Tactics in 4-3-3Formation of College Football Teams

ZHANG Ruidong GeelyUniversity of China， Chengdu， Sichuan Province， 61Oo31 China [Abstract] To promote the itegration ofcampus football with modern football tactical concepts and improve the competitive level and talent cultivationqualityofcolege footballteams，this research focuses onoptimizing the training path of high-pressing tactics based on the 4-3-3 formation for college football teams. The research identifies the core elements of this tactic include clear positional responsibilities，unified triggering signals，eficient team-group coordination，and rational formation spacing. Based on this，an optimized training path scheme is proposedfrom four dimensions： individual high-intensity resistance to pressure techniques，team-group coordinated siege conversion mechanisms，dynamic movement of the entire team'soverall pressure formation，and physicalftnessallocationstrategies inactual combat situations.The scientific trainingsystem constructed bythis researchcan make upfor theshortcomings of college players intactical coordination，high-intensityconfrontation，and physical fitness allcation，providing theoretical basis and practical guidanceforimproving the practical efectivenessof tactics，promoting theupgradingof the campus football training system，and cultivating high-level football talents.
