Research on Optimization of Skipping Rope Teaching Strategies in Technical Colleges Based on Students' Physical Fitness Development

Guangzhou Communications Technician Institute, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, 5113oo China [Abstract] This research,basedonthe principles of exercisephysiologyand theoccupational physical fitnessdemand models,employs theoretical analysis methods to systematically explain the intrinsic correlation mechanism between students'physical fitness development and skipping rope teaching,aiming toprovide scientific guidance forskipping rope teaching reform in technical coleges. Addresing current problems in skipping rope teaching such as disconnection between teaching content and professional needs,poor intensity adaptability,insuffcient training cycle coordination, and incomplete evaluation systems,the research proposes optimization strategies including constructing an professionaloriented teaching contentsystem,establishing alayeredand progressive intensityadaptation plan,designinga cycle collborative training model that connects stages,and improving a multi-dimensional quantitative teaching effect evaluation system.
