Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of High-Altitude Skipping Rope Training in Universities from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Education

Xizang Vocational Technical College，Lhasa，Xizang Autonomous Region，85oooo China [Abstract] Universities skipping rope training in high-altitude areas is confronted withthe dual challngesof special environmental conditions and resource constraints. An in-depth exploration and research on this topic can provide valuable references for the reform of skipping rope teaching and the construction of scientific training systems in universities.Based onthe strategyof integrating sportsand education，this studysystematically analyzes the multidimensional values of high-altitude skipping rope training inuniversities from four aspects： improving the improvement ofhigh-altude physiological adaptabilityand physical-mental health， innovating sports training modes and expanding competitive performance space，deepening the synergy of physical education and its function of personality shaping， and constructing distinctive campus sports culture and building a bridge for social services.Meanwhile，based on the characterstics of the high-altitude environment and the practical demands of skipping rope training，the study deeply

analyzes the practical dificulties facedby high-altitudeskipping rope training in universities from four dimensions： unbalanced resource allcation，disjointed teaching systems，lagging transformation of scientific research achievements， andlack ofsound competition system.On this basis，targeted breakthrough paths are put forward： It strengthens resource integrationto buildascientificand healthytraining system; Itpromotes curiculumrestructuring to establishatraning model with strong adaptability; It strengthens scientificresearch empowerment topromote effective transformationof training results;It promotes eventlinkage to fostera positive training atmosphere.This studyaims to providereference for promoting high-quality development of skipping rope training in universities in high-altitude areas.
