[Abstract]Excellentphysicalfitnesserves asthefoundation forthrowingathletes toachieveoutstanding competitive results.Basedon in-depth analysis of training practices and theories,this paper proposes five core principles that throwing specific physical training should folow: comprehensiveness principle, gradual principle, individualization principle,safety principle,and specialization principle.On this basis,further research has beenconducted to construct training strategies for the coordinated development ofcore stabilityand strength quality,maximum strength and stage load regulation,movement speed and neuromuscular mobilzation,flexibilityandcoordination integration,as well as optimization strategies for specialized energy metabolismsystems.The findings indicate that establishingapersonalized training model guided by scientific principles,supported by dynamic monitoring can achievea deep integration of physical training and throwing techniques,providing theoretical reference for efectively enhancing competitive performance, promoting long-term development of athletes,and preventing injuries.
