Exploring Standardized Teaching of Table Tennis with Horizontal Flip Glue Forehand Pulling

Jiangsu University Jingjiang College， Zhenjiang， Jiangsu Province，212O28 China [Abstract] Forehand pulling is thecore technique of table tennis's lateral tapping and rebound strategy，and its standardizationdirectlyafects theimprovementoflearners'traninglevel.Thisstudyisbasedonliteraturereview，logical analysis，andother methods.Fromtheperspectivesof technical foundation，coreesentials，and specialized types，it systematicalyexplores keyaspectssuchas horizontal grip，rebound characteristics，andthepositioning，forcemechanism， and action executionofforehand pullbals.It also deeplyanalyzes the technical specifications andapplication scenarios of fast pull，side spinloopballs，and forward thrust loopballs.Studyhasshownthat effective standardized teaching is nota mechanical replicationof technical actions，but rathera processthattakes intoaccount individual differences and achieves dynamic balance while adhering to unified core norms.This study provides theoretical basis and practical reference for solving the current chaos in teaching and improving teaching quality.
