[Abstract] This study aims to explore the neuromuscular training intervention strategies for non-contact anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)injuries incollege footballathletes,and provideascientific injuryprevention training pla for colege fotballtraining systems,this article summarizes the mechanism of neuromuscular training in preventing ACL injuriesandconstructsalayered training framework based on thecharacteristics offotballThis study proposedathree一 level neuromusculartraining program: Firstly,basic control training includes balance trainingand movement pattern corrction traiing; Secondly,specializedstrengthtrainingfocuses onstrengtheninghamstringeccentricabilityand gluteal muscle strength; Thirdly, integrated training programs includes the "FIFA 11+ " program and targeted comprehensive training.The study found thatthe key tosuccesful implementationof the training program dependson its embedability and execution fidelity. Integrating neuromuscular training into the collge training system in a standardized form can efectively reduce theriskof non-contact ACL injuries incollege footballplayers,improve athletic performance,and promote the sustainable development of athletes'careers.It is recommended that this preventive strategy be widely  applied in college football training.
