Research on the Mechanism of Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Integration of the Spirit of Craftsman and the Olympic

Tongren Polytechnic University，Tongren，Guizhou Province，5543OO China [Abstract] Against thebackdropofhigher vocational education strengthening literacy cultivation and physical education highlighting spiritualshaping，this paper explores theoptimizationpathoftheeducation mechanismof physicaleducation in higher vocational coleges from the perspective of the integrationof the craftsman spirit and the Olympic spirit. By sorting out thelogical inevitabilityof theintegrationofthetwo，it is foundthatthere areaseries ofproblems inthe current education mechanism of physical education in higher vocational colleges in terms ofcurriculumobjectives， teaching content， evaluation system，and faculty construction. In response to these problems，this paper proposes to reshape the objectives of physical education curriculum guided by the integration of "dual spirits"，developing an integrated teaching mode of "skill training + competitive challenge"， constructing a talent cultivation mechanism for a physical education teacher team with cross-border literacy， providing practical reference for improving the quality of physical education in higher vocational colleges.
