Research onthe Cultivation Path of Youth Interest in lceand Snow Sports in the Context of Healthy China

College of Physical Education，Shanxi Datong University，Datong， Shanxi Province，O37oo9 China [Abstract] Based on the background ofthe "Healthy China 2O3o" planning outline，this research employs methods suchas literaturereviewandcaseanalysis to explore the value，challnges，andoptimizationpaths forcultivating youths' interest in iceand snow sports.Theresearch finds that iceand snow sports have significant value in promoting sportsmanship，enhancing the physical and mental health of youth，and promotingthe reform of school sports.However， it currently facesmultiple structural challenges suchas imbalanced resource allocation，deficiencies in theeducation system，and social cognitivebiases，andrestricts the formationofyouth'interests.Basedonthis，theresearch proposes a systematic optimization path： through policy coordinationand technological application，it optimizes resource supply， solves the problem of insuficient participation opportunities;through deepening educational reform， it strengthens teachertraining，and improves the linkageof eventevaluation，to enhanceteaching quality;andbychanging social cognition，it establishes a home一school-community colaborative mechanism，to create a positive participation atmosphere，inordertoprovidetheoreticalreferencesandpractical basis forstimulating youth'interestiniceand snow

sports and contributing to the Healthy China strategy.
