Research on the Multi-Dimensional Changesand Development Paths of Xizang Traditional Sports Culture from the Perspective of Civilizational Exchange and Mutual Learning

HE Wenkai CHU Sanqi XizangMinzu University，Xianyang，Shaanxi Province，712O82 China [Abstract]Theexchangeand mutuallearningofcivilizations isbothanobjectivetrendintheeraofglobalizationand a strategic choice toaddresscultural conflicts，protect cultural diversity，and promote socialdevelopment.Based on the theoryofcivilizational exchange and mutual learning，thisstudy examines the historical changes of traditionalsports culture in the three major Xizang regions of Tsang，Amdo and Kham. The study points out that the changes are jointlyinfluenced bytheadaptiveevolutionsofsocialfunctions，thetransformationof traditional customs and the interaction and integration of cultures，presenting a complex situation of coexistence of cultural alienation and persistence，homogeneityand innovation.In the face of the challenges brought by globalization，the sustainable development of Xizang traditional sports culture should be promoted through creative transformationand open exchange on the basis of upholding the core values of culture and local identity，thereby providing cultural support for forging astrong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
