Research on Artificial Intelligence Empowerment for Professional Development of Higher Vocational Physical Education Teachers

LUO Ping Jianghai Polytechnic College,Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province,2251O1 China [Abstract] This article adopts research methodssuch as literature review to explore the core mechanisms and practical pathways of artificial intellgence (AI) technologyempowering professional development for physicaleducation teachers inhigher vocationalcolleges.This research suggests thatA technologyprovides precise teaching assistance,professonal ability expansion,and ocupational adaptability enhancement supportforvocational physical education teachers through sports dataanalysis,personalizedteaching support,and virtual trainingscenario construction.However,current vocational physical education teachers facedevelopmentalchallnges including insuficientdigital iteracysuperficial technology application,and weak vocational teaching adaptability.Therefore,it is necesary to promote the transformationof vocationalphysical educationteachers fromskilltransmitersto"sportsvocational educationdesigners"throughthree aspects: building ahierarchical AI training system,developing vocational education characteristic inteligent platforms, and improving human-machine collaborative evaluation mechanisms.
