Research on the Transformation of the Role and Ability Improvement ofPhysical Education Teachers in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

Zhejiang Textile and Clothing Vocational and Technical College，Ningbo，Zhejiang Province， [Abstract] This research aims toexplore thepath of role transformation and ability enhancementamong physical education teachers intheartificial intellgence （AI）era.Through researchmethodssuchasliteraturereviewandlogical analysis，it systematically examine challengesand response strategies faced by physical education teachers in the era of AI interms ofroletransformationandabilityenhancement.Theresearchresults indicate thatcurrent physical education teachers have problems such as poor technical application ability，insuficient curriculum innovation level，and lack of interdisciplinary integrationability，facingchallengessuchas biased technicalcognition，rigidteaching mode，andlaging evaluation system.Itissuggested toenhance the information literacyand profesional abilityof physical education teachers and promote high-quality development of physical education through measures such as strengthening AI technology training，building smart physical education teaching models，mproving teacher evaluationand incentive mechanisms，and promoting interdisciplinary cooperation.
