Henan College of Surveying and Mapping， Zhengzhou， Henan Province， 45oo16 China [Abstract] In thecontext of the new era，currculum ideological and political education has become acrucial strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.The public physical education curriculum in colleges has demonstrated significant advantages in carrying out ideological and political education due to its unique practicality， interactivity，andspiritual cultivation value.Thisresearchsystematicallyexplores thevalueconnotation，existing isues， and optimization paths of curiculum ideological and political education construction in public physical education based on policy guidance and practical needs.The research reveals that current public physical education ideological and political construction faces challengessuchas insuficient integrationofideologicaland politicalelements with teaching， inadequate ideologicalandpoliticalcapabilitiesamong teachers，monotonousteaching formats，and imperfectevaluation systems.Therefore，it is proposed to construct a four in one teaching strategy system of "goal-content-methodevaluation"，aiming toeffectivelyachieve thecollborative educational goals of imparting publicsports skillsand shaping values in colleges，and promote the comprehensive development of students.
