Research on Physical Training Characteristics and Methods for Rope Skipping Athletes
LI Gaojie Zhejiang A&F University,Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province,3113oo China [Abstract] To improvethe athletic performanceofrope skipping athletes and reduce sports injuries,this research focuses on their physicalfitnesstraining ofrope skipping athletes.Theresearch clarifies that physical training should follow four characteristics: aerobic and anaerobic endurance coordination,lower limb and core association,coordination and response synchronization,and the balance betweentraining intensityand recoveryrhythm. Basedon thesecharacteristics, four types of training methods are proposed: the combination of aerobic and anaerobic training,the coordination of lower limb and core training,the comprehensive training ofcoordination and reaction,andthe adaptationof training intensityandrecovery.Eachmethodisdesigned withahierarchicalimplementationpathtoensurescientificandtargeted training.The research points outthatfuture training programs need to be optimized according to athletes'individual diferencessuchasage,physicalfitessfoundation,andspecializeddirectionof athletes.Therelevant resultscanprovide practical references for rope skipping athletes and coaches,help improve the training system of rope skipping,and promote the overall improvement of the competitive level of the sport.
