Practical Difficulties and Optimization Strategies for High-Quality Development of Community Elderly Sports

HE Qiao Chenzhou Open University，Chenzhou，Hunan Province，423ooO China [Abstract] This article comprehensivelyuses case studies，literatureanalysis，and other methods toexplore thestrategic value，practical dificulties，andoptimizationstrategies ofhigh-qualitydevelopmentofcommunity elderlysports.The value of high-qualitydevelopment ofcommunity elderly sports lies inreducing individual health burden，building a harmonious community ecology，and activating new growth points of the "silver economy".Research has found that issues such as fragmented organizationalmanagement，dual scarcityofresource supply，mismatch between sports service supplyanddemand，andlack ofhumanisticcare are stillprominent inthedevelopmentofcommunityelderlysports. Basedonthe analysis of practical dificulties，a high-qualitydevelopment path forcommunity elderlysports is proposed， which includes strengthening subject collboration，optimizing resource allocation， innovating service models，and integrating humanisticcare.The aimis to provide theoreticaland practical references for the high-quality development of elderly community sports.
