Construction and Implementation Strategies of Practical Training Teaching System for Vocational Health Care Specialty Group from OBE Perspective

Heilongjiang Vocational College of Winter Sports，Harbin，Heilongjiang Province，15oo25 China [Abstract] Populationagingand theadvancement of the "Healthy China 2O3o" strategyare driving the transformation of，healthandcare services toward intellgenceand integration，making it imperative forthe practical teaching system of health care specialty groups in higher vocational colleges to achieve precise alignment with job competency requirements.Guided by OBE（Outcome-Based Education），this study addreses such issues as the disconnectbetween training objectives and job requirements，lagging updates oftraining content and workflows，the monotonous teaching methods，the "separation between construction and utilization" of practical training bases，and the overemphasis on outcomes over processes in evaluation withinvocational health care specialty groups.It proposes and constructsa "FiveDimension，Four-Stage，Three-Integration" practical training system： seting learning outcomes guided by the job competency objective matrix; reconstructing modularized and project-based content around typical task chains;dopting virtual-real integratedand situational teaching methods; improving thecollaborative guaranteemechanismof faculty， bases and resources;and implementing process-oriented evaluation supported by multiplesubjects and multi-source materials，coupled with continuous improvement.The system achieves spiral progresson through the four stages of "cognitionandsimulation—specializationandreinforcement—integrationandapplication—internshipand innovation"， and realizes integratedoperationviathethree dimensionsof"job-course-competition-certificate integration，virtualreal combination，andtheconvergenceof sports，medicine，healthcareandwellnesscontent".Thisarticleprovidesa practicle paradigm for systematicreconstructionand improvementof practical training invocational healthcare specialty groups.
