Study on the Cultivation of Athletes' Spatial Perception Ability in Basketball Pick and Roll Coordination Training

HE Yongfei DatongNormal College，Datong，Shanxi Province，O37ooo China [Abstract]Thisstudyfocusesondevelopingathletes'spatial perceptioncapabilities inbasketballpickandroll coordinationtraining，analyzing itsrole，trainingdificulties，andpractical pathsinactualcombat.Spatialperception ability canasistathletes inaccuratelyjudging pickandrollopportunities，identifying defensive weaknesses，strengthening teamcohesion，and is acoreelement inimproving thequalityof pickandrollandofensiveeficiency.Butthereare three major dificulties incultivating this ability： insuficient connection between basic technologyand spatial judgment， leadingto perception lag; Thecomplexityof practical scenarios makes it dificult toadaptto spatial changes;Inefficient teamcommunication leads to information biasandafects perceptual stability.Toaddressthese issues，breakthroughs can be achieved through three paths： strengthening basic technologies and building a solid foundation for perception; It simulates real-life scenarios to hone perception accuracy; It strengthens team communication，optimizes perception coordination，and systematicallyenhances athletes'spatial perceptionability.This study indicates thatscientificaly cultivating athletes' spatial perception abilitycan efectively improve thesucessrateof pick and rollcoordinationand teamcompetitionlevel，providing theoreticaland practicalreferences foroptimizingbasketballtactical trainingsystems.
