Research on the Integrated Developmentof Campus Basketball and Professional Basketball Youth Training in China

WANG Bo JilinNormal University， Siping，Jilin Province，136ooo China [Abstract] This research uses literature reviewand logical analysis methods to explore the integrated developmentof campus basketballand professional basketball youth training in China.The research suggests that te integrated developmentofcampus basketballand professional basketballyouth training canopen upanew situation inbasketball talentcultivationinChina，enhancetheeficiencyofbasketball tlentcultivation，andcutivatehighqualitybasketball reserve talents with comprehensive development.The driving mechanisms for the integration include favorable external policies laying the foundation for the integrationof both parties; Complementary resource advantages have become internal driving force for promoting integration between both parties; The interal survival trend is animportant driving forcefortheintegrationof both parties.Thepaths for integrated development include strengthening institutional integrationandcontiuouslyimproving supporting policies;Itclarifies specificintegration goalsandscientificallyposition the cultivation concept; It attaches importance to the contradiction between learning and training and builds a highquality education system.
