Provice,150o08 China;3.Harbin InstituteofTechnology,Harbin,Heilongjiang Provice,15oo01 China [Abstract] This article takes the "Su Chao"sports event asasample,uses case resaerch methodandonline ethnography, and combines analysis of relevant online texts and media reports to explore the path of cultural translation ad value enhancement ofthe event,and further explores the transformation mechanism of massports events fromshort-term trafictolong-termIP.Theresaerchreveals theintrinsiclogicalrelationships betweenthetriplemechanismsofcultural translation (symbolic narative,emotional resonance,and scene integration)and the three-dimensional pathof value appreciation (culture,economy,and social governance).Itconcludes thatthecoreof IP transformation for massports events lies inconstructinga "culture-emotion-scene"colaborative model toachievea value transitionfrom masports events to urban sports event IP.This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical reference for the future transformation of mass sports events intourban sports event IP,and to promote thedevelopmentoflocal sports industry and high-quality development of local economy.
