民族传统体育融入大学生体能训练课程的教学路径探析

[Abstract] This study explores thevalue,predicaments and pathsof integrating traditional ethnic sports intocollege students' physical training courses from the perspectives of cultural inheritance and health promotion.By sorting out the training mechanisms and teaching adaptability of projects such as Taijiquan and Baduanjin,it can be seen that traditional sports canhelp promote physical and mental coordination andachieve diversified courses.butthere are til constraints in terms of the alignment of training goals,the ability of teachers,resource constructionand evaluation systems.Based on the above research findings,this article constructs a four-in-one teaching path model of "project screening and currculum transformation-teacher training-resource integration-evaluation improvement", providing a reference forthe coordinated promotionof physical education curriculum reform,cultural inheritanceand physical fitness improvement in universities.
