Practical Study on Targeted Serve Reception Training for University Volleyball Players Based on Technical Shortcomings

YANG Peijia Shanxi Agricultural University，Jinzhong，Shanxi Province，O3o8O1 China [Abstract]Theservereception （firstpass）involleyballisacriticallinkinthetransitionbetweenoffenseanddefense， anditsqualitydirectlyimpacts theeffectivenessoftactical execution.Currently，duetoweak foundationsandlimited training time，volleyballplayers inordinaryuniversities generallyhave problemssuchas unstable technical movements， lackof tacticalawareness，andinsufiientpsychologicalqualityintheserereceptionprocess，whichinders theoverall improvementof the team'soffensiveability.Therefore，thisstudysystematically explores the technical dificulties， shortcomings intactical coordination，and psychological regulation needs in university-level serve reception training through literature review，on-site observation，and training experiments. Basedon this analysis，a systematic serve reception training program suitable for university training was constructed from three dimensions： technical details， tactical coordination，andpsychological training.Thisresults indicatethattargetedtrainingcaneffectivelyimprovethe stability ofserve reception techniques，enhance tactical execution eficiencyand psychological resilience，providing theoretical basisand practical referencefor the sientificand systematic development of voleyballserve receptiontraining inuniversities.
