Research on the Implementation Strategies of Frustration Education inSeniorHigh School Basketball Elective Course from the Perspective of Curriculum ldeological and Political Education
GUO Xiaqiao Guanlan Middle School, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China [Abstract] Under the theeducational policy of simultaneously promoting "Five Education" in the new era,the integrationof ideological and political education with frustration education has becomeacrucial research topic.As a keycomponent of physical education,senior high school basketball elective courses serve asan ideal platform for implementing frustration education.However,current basketballcourses insenior high schools predominantly emphasize skill instruction,to someextent neglecting the incorporation of frustration educationand ideological and political elements.Thisarticleaimstoexplore implementationstrategies forfrustrationeducationinsenior highschoolbasketbal elective courses from the perspectiveofcurriculum-based ideological and political education,soas to promote the physical and mentalhealthdevelopmentof students.Itfirst providesanoverview of frustrationeducation,then points outits value inhighschool basketballelectivecourses withinthe frameworkofideologicalandpoliticaleducation.It subsequently analyzes thre major psychological causes of student frustration: self-cognitive biases,dual presures from academic and sports studies,and social comparison mentality.Finaly,it proposes concrete implementation strategies: creating frustrationscenarios,integratingideologicaleducation,ehancingpracticaltraining,andbuilingcolbative platforms.It aims toalleviate emotionaland mental chalenges among seniorhighschool students through scientifical frustration education.
