Panlong Senior High School in Tongzi County, Zunyi, Guizhou Province, 5632oo China [Abstract]Toaddress thechallenges intraditional adolescent sprint training,such asover-relianceonempirical experience,lackofquantitativeasessment,andabsence of personalized guidance,this paper explores efective paths for the in-depth integrationof AI(Artificial Inteligence)technologyand event一specific training.It clarifies the core value ofAI in achieving precise quantification of training processs,real-time tracking of training programs,and intellgentregulationof physiological load.Combined with key training elements including strength,speed,and endurance,the paper analyzes the specific application scenariosof intellgent technologies.Accordingly,the following strategies are proposed: adopt video analysis and mechanical monitoring to improve explosive force output efficiency and correct running technique deviations; leverage heart rate and pace monitoring to precisely control training load; and utilize sports data tracking and analysis to enhance movement amplitude.The comprehensive implementationof these strategies provides systematic solutions and practical guidance forconstructinga scientific,eficient,and safe intelligent training system for adolescent sprinters.
