Practical Difficulties and Promotion Pathsof Off-Campus Youth Sports Training in Yunnan Under the Background of Digital Empowerment
LIU Kaishun HUANG Xuecheng* YunnanAgricultural University,Kunming,Yunnan Province,65o2o1 China [Abstract] Drivenbydigital sportsandthe "DoubleReduction" policy,thedigital transformationofoff-campus youth sports training in Yunnan faces challenges including inadequate infrastructure,insufficient intrinsic motivation for transformation,andastructuraldeficiencyinteachers'digitalcompetence.Toaddressthis,acoordinatedpromotion should becarriedout from three dimensions:facilities,industry,and teaching staff.Firstly,strengthen government guidanceandinvestmenttobuilddigital facilitiesandregional sharing patforms tailored tolocalharacteristics.Secondly, learn from cross-sectoral empowerment models to carry out scenario-based systematic training,enhancing institutions' digital literacy; Thirdly,establish a composite teacher training system integrating'digital literacy + sports expertise' to overcome talentbotlenecks.Through this multi-dimensional coordination,a systematic solution is provided for the high-quality, sustainable development of youth sports training in Yunnan and similar regions.
