Driving Logic, Practical Difficulties, and Relief Paths of Teaching Reform in Public Physical Education Courses in Universities

Hainan College of Software Technology,Qionghai,Hainan Province,5714Oo China [Abstract] In order to promote the reform of public physical education courses in universities,this research adopts methods such as literature research and logical analysis,and is basedon the research idea of driving logic,practical difculties,andrelief paths.Itisbelieved thatnationalpolicies,educational philosophyreform,student needs,and technological innovation are the key driving forces for the reform of public physical education courses inuniver - sities.However,thereformof publicphysical educationcourses inuniversitiesstillfaces the practical diffculties of imbalanced research and teaching focus,insufficient arrangement of teaching content,outdated teaching modes and methods,anda solidified course structure.In this regard,it is suggested to balance the focusofscientificresearch and teaching,optimize the course content system,innovate teaching modes and methods,and build a diverse, open,and personalized courses.
