[Abstract] Asa precious sportsand cultural heritageof the Chinesenation，Chinesearchery caries the profoundcultural connotationof integratingritualandarchery，and cultivatingone's heart and mind.However，inthetransformation of modernsocietyitsinheritance isfacedwithmultipledilemmassuchasthediscontinuityofskils，insufficient dissemination，the lossofobjects and the impact of modern sports.Taking Hefei area asan example，based on the policy backgroundof theOutlineforBuildingaSportsPowerandtheNationalFitnessPlan，thispaperexplorestheinnovative path of Chinese archery from tradition to modernity.By constructing "Archery+" diversified communication system， innovating the combination of ritual and archery training teaching mode inclubs，promoting the integration of traditional technologyand modern science，and establishing a club-community-family linkage mechanism，the contemporary vitality ofarchery can be effectively activated.Practice in Hefei area has shown thatthese inovative measures not onlyopen up new space for the inheritance of archery，but also make ita vivid practice to asist national fitnessand enhance cultural confidence，providingvaluable Hefei experience for the modern transformationof traditional sports projects.
