Research on the Teaching Practice of Integration of In-Class and After-Class Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Empowered by Digital Technology

Guizhou Technological CollgeofMachineryandElectricity，Duyun，Guizhou Province，558ooo China [Abstract] The digital technologyrevolution has triggeredareconfigurationof the educational ecosystem，providing atimelyopportunityforthereformoftheintegrationofin-classandafter-classphysicaleducationinhighervocational collges.Against the backdropofthe era where digital technology empowers educational transformation，this paper employs literature research，logicalanalysis，and comparative researchmethods to systematicallanalyze the field reconstruction of digital technologyon the integrated teaching of in-classand after-class physical education in higher Vocational colleges from three dimensions：teachingsupport，spatialformandrole positioning，aswellas the triple logical reconstruction featuring theshift fromformal connection to connotative integration，from teacher-centerednes to studet-centeredessandfromsingleevaluationtomulti-dimensional empowerment.Furthermore，itdeeplyreveals thepracticalbotlenecks intheprocessof technology empowerment，suchas inadequateadaptabilityofdigital infrastructure，insufficientcoordinationintheintegrationof diverseresouces，insuficientdepthinteaching model innovation，and weak support from the guarantee mechanism.Subsequently，it proposes path optimization strategies including platform construction，resource integration，model innovation，and mechanism refinement.
