Research on Causes and Prevention of Sports Injuries in Youth Sports Training

REN Jianhua ChongqingNormal University,Chongqing,4O1331 China [Abstract] To reduce the incidenceof sports injuries in youth sports training and protect their physicaland mental health,thispaperadoptsacombinationoftheoreticalanalysisandpracticalresearchtostudysports injuries inthis feld. Atthe teoreticallevel,it sortsouttheories relatedtosportsmedicineandyouth physiology,andat thepracticallevel, it combinescases intraining scenarios and finds thatthecore causesof injuriesareconcentrated in three dimensions: physiologicaly,youths have immature physical developmentand an imbalance between muscle strengthand flexibility; In training,there is a lack ofscientific training plans and the absence of warm-upand relaxation sesions; In the environment,there is insuficient maintenance of equipment and the safety hazardsofthesite.Inresponse to the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding prevention strategies: It strengthens targeted physical training physiologically to improve physical tolerance; It develops personalized plans during training and enhances the warmup and relaxation process It establishes regular equipment maintenance and real-time venue inspection mechanisms in terms of the environment. It provides practical references for practitioners in youth sports training and helps youths carry out training safely.
