Value and Practical Paths of Integrating Red Culture into Physical Education and Health Courses in Primary and Secondary Schools

School of PhysicalEducation,NingxiaNormal UniversityGuyuan,NingxiaHui AutonomousRegion,756o99 Cina [Abstract] This studyemploys research methodssuchas literaturereviewandlogicalanalysis tosystematicall explore the valueand practical paths of integrating redculture into physical educationand healthcourses in primary and secondary schools.The study indicates that the spiritual corecaried byred culture is highlycompatible withthe core competencies of physical education and health course,and its deep integration has multiple values for inheriting outstandingculture,fulfilingLideShuren,advancingcoursereform,anddeepeningideologicalandpoliticalintegation. Toaddressthe problem of weakened educational functiondue to thelack of formalization and spiritual connotation in current practice, this study proposes to construct a four-in-one courses practice framework that integrates courses objectives,content,implementation,andevaluation,withredcultureasthemainline.This frameworkaims topromote thedeep integrationofred culture from formal embedding tospiritual infiltration through strategies such as value guidance,contentreconstruction,situational experience,and diversifd evaluation,providingasolution thatcombines theoretical reference and practical operation,for effctivelyenhancing thecomprehensive educational effectivenessof the courses.
