Abstract： This paper focuses on the inheritance and innovative development of Henan traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） culture in the new era. It analyzes the current status and challenges of TCM cultural inheritance in Henan，addressing issues such as the inheritance gap， inadequate adherence to heritage and innovation， weak industry， and ineffective dissemination. It explores specific development paths to promote the highquality development of TCM in Henan. Through literature review， field research，and analysis， the study proposes a systematic plan from five dimensions： taking scientific modernization as the core task to clarify the path of TCM technology inheritance and mechanism research; aiming to enhance service capabilities by optimizing the service system and intelligent diagnosis and treatment model; relying on talent cultivation to build a three-dimensional training system integrating institutional education and apprenticeship education; strengthening standardized production and brand building of traditional Chinese medicinal materials through industrial upgrading; and promoting digital dissemination and universal education popularization based on cultural soil cultivation. The conclusion is that this path and countermeasure system can promote the high-quality development of TCM in Henan， enhance its service efficiency and cultural influence， and provide reference for regional TCM development.
