Research on Integrating the "Two Roads" Spirit into the Integrated Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Primary， Secondary and Tertiary Schools in Chengdu

Abstract： The "Two Roads" Spirit is a monumental legacy forged by the builders of the Sichuan-Tibet and Qinghai-Tibet Highways with their lives and blood. Its core values-hard work，unity， collaboration，selfless dedication，and bold innovation-align closely with the fundamental mission of cultivating virtue and nurturing people in primary， secondary， and higher education. As an educational hub in southwestern China and the starting city of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway， Chengdu plays a pivotal role in integrating the "Two Roads" Spirit into the cohesive development of ideological and political education across all school levels. This effort is not only essential for preserving revolutionary traditions but also a vital pathway to enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper delves into the intrinsic compatibility between the "Two Roads" Spirit and the integrated construction of ideological and political education， identifies current challenges in its incorporation， and proposes diversified practical approaches. It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for advancing the quality of ideological and political education in the Chengdu region.
