Stratification and Metaphor： Spatial Construction and Memory Inheritance of the Yellow River Culture in Binzhou Region

Abstract： Due to the evolution of landforms and changes in water systems， Binzhou in the lower reaches of the Yellow River has given birth to a unique spatial structure and profound historical and cultural memories. The article clarifies the process by which the Yellow River culture has contributed to the spatial construction，cultural identification and institutional inheritance of the Binzhou area from aspects such as settlement patterns， naming rules， risk-averse psychology and folk legends.At the same time， it also explains the laws of cultural evolution and historical accumulation characteristics behind the spatial metaphor.
