Research on the Construction Path of the Community Elderly Care Community under the Creative Transformation of Family Culture in the New Era

Abstract： Against the backdrop of population aging， community elderly care， as the core model to resolve the contradiction between the supply and demand of elderly care resources，relies on a "community" mechanism featuring multi-entity collaboration for its sustainable development.As the core carrier of traditional Chinese elderly care ethics， family culture faces the need for connotative reconstruction and functional transformation in the new era.This article examines the dual logic of the creative transformation of family culture in the new era， analyzes the current practical difficulties in the creative transformation of family culture and the construction of community-based elderly care communities，and clarifies the mutual empowerment mechanism between family culture in the new era and community-based elderly care communities.Finally， from the five dimensions of cultural empowerment，institutional guarantee， subject collaboration， service optimization，and resource integration， this paper proposes specific paths for the creative transformation of family culture to drive the construction of community elderly care communities， providing theoretical references and practical insights for improving the community elderly care service system.
