Abstract： In today’ s economy， financial markets are playing an increasingly vital role， attracting a growing number of professionals and individuals to participate in financial investments. While people often assess these participants based on their performance， achievements， and return rates，their psychological wel-being tends to be overlooked. This paper explores the mental health of financial market participants through two distinct lenses： prospect theory from Western economics and the philosophical insights of traditional Chinese culture. By bridging Eastern cultural wisdom with modern economic thought， the study aims to foster a harmonious integration of both perspectives.
