高职文化育人中传统文化的融入实践与探索

——以新疆石河子职业技术学院为例

Abstract： This article focuses on the core issue of empowering vocational college students with excellent traditional Chinese culture in employment. Firstly， it defines the connotation of traditional culture and analyzes its inherent connection with the talent cultivation goals of vocational education. Subsequently， a systematic analysis of the current employment situation of vocational college students will be conducted from three levels： society （employment market norms，policy support）， schools （adaptability of professional settings， career planning education），and students （employment confusion，lack of professional literacy and skills）. On this basis， we will delve into the positive impact of traditional culture on strengthening students' ideals and beliefs， shaping their professional image，broadening their employment horizons，and enhancing their professional skills and technical abilities. We will propose four targeted implementation strategies： curriculum integration， practical training，school-enterprise cooperation，and industry-education integration. The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical paths for optimizing vocational employment guidance and enhancing students' competitiveness in employment.
