Abstract: Current employment record management in vocational colleges faces challenges including outdated concepts, insufficient professional teams, superficial application of technologies,and weak security mechanisms, which hinder its effectiveness in supporting graduates' high-quality employment. This study investigates graduate employment practices in vocational colleges and proposes digital career profiling through big data technology, establishes a data-driven closed-loop management system, and develops an inteligent "person-technology-position" matching platform. These innovations transform employment records from static storage to dynamic empowerment, and from experiencebased judgments to precise decision-making. Results demonstrate that big data-driven management fundamentally enhances the precision and effectiveness of employment services,provides data support for optimizing talent cultivation models,and holds significant theoretical and practical implications for promoting higher-quality graduate employment in vocational education.
