Abstract： The Russian quasi-measure is a special linguistic unit that carries cultural stereotypes，forming a deep "mental image" in ethnic cognition. From the perspective of linguistic culturology， it embodies the stereotypical perception of human characteristics and traits; within the framework of psycholinguistic culturology， it belongs to one of the four subsystems of the linguistic-cultural sign system一the measure subsystem. This paper systematically elucidates the "quasi-measure，" which has not yet been widely popularized or thoroughly studied. It conducts a classified analysis according to cultural codes and explores its practical application in verbal communication. Research and interpretation of linguocultural units serve as a crucial pathway for cultivating and developing Russian learners’ linguistic awareness It helps learners move beyond literal interpretations， gain insight into the underlying ethnic mental models，and thereby enhance their depth of language cognition， cultural insight， and authentic cross-cultural communication skills.
