Abstract： As a historical and cultural city， Changzhou boasts a rich collection of intangible cultural heritage （ICH） resources. Its core values are primarily reflected in three dimensions： cultural symbolism in pattern design，craftsmanship spirit in production techniques， and innovative spirit in dissemination and development. These values play a unique role in enhancing cultural identity， strengthening urban cultural soft power， and fostering national unity. At present， Changzhou’ s ICH preservation faces multiple challenges： an imperfect inheritance system，an aging cohort of practitioners，generational gaps with modern lifestyles，and outdated promotion methods.To address these issues， this paper proposes strategies including： establishing a dual-focused inheritance safeguard system integrating institutional collaboration and inteligent governance； launching an education upgrade initiative that synergizes curriculum optimization and talent cultivation;implementing an industrial development model driven by the fusion of creative design and technological innovation; creating a new communication paradigm combining cloud-based storage and immersive experiences. These strategies aim to provide innovative pathways for the inheritance and development of Changzhou’ s ICH， ensuring its living transmission.
