Research on the Mechanism of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture Empowering Higher Vocational Student Management from the Perspective of the Fundamental Task of Cultivating Virtue and Nurturing People

Abstract： Guided by the fundamental task of "cultivating virtue and nurturing talent"， higher vocational education，as a key front for cultivating technical and skilled talents， needs to strengthen the cultural educational function in student management. The moral education ideas，value concepts and behavioral norms contained in the excellent traditional Chinese culture provide rich spiritual resources and practical paths for the management of vocational college students. This article first defines the core connotations of the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the management of vocational college students，and then analyzes the value implications of traditional culture for the management of vocational college students from four dimensions： "Moral integrity First"， "Benevolence，righteousness，propriety wisdom，and trustworthiness"， "applying what is learned"，and "self-cultivation and self-discipline". Finally， the practical mechanism of empowering the management of higher vocational students with traditional culture is explored from three aspects：innovation of evaluation mechanism， optimization of carrier platform，and construction of management team， aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical inspiration for building a management model of higher vocational students withcultural background and professional characteristics.
