Abstract:Objective:Toanalyze theapplicationvaluenurse-family jointcarecombined with standardized procedure education in theperioperative periodcleft lipand palate repair surgery inchildren.Methods: A total 92 children with cleftlip and palate who underwentrepair surgery in the from July 2023 to June 2025were selected and divided into two groups according to the order admision.Thechildren in the period from July 2023 to June 2024 were in thecontrol group (46cases,receiving conventionalcare),and the children in the period from July 2024 to June 2025 were in the observation group (46cases,implementing nurse-family joint care combined with standardized procedure education).Results: The care quality in the observation group was significantlyhigher than that inthecontrol group.The degree discomfort,andcomplicationrate inthe observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05) .Conclusion: The implementation nurse-family jointcarecombined with standardized procedureeducation in the perioperative period cleft lipandpalaterepairsurgeryinchildrenhasabeterefect,whichcansignificantlyimprove theoverallcare quality,alleviate the discomfortchildren,helpreduce the occurrence complications,and has highapplication value.
