我国大蒜产业标准化现状与对策

Abstract： Garlic，asa vegetable cropthatcombines both seasoningand functionality，isrich in nutrients.China is the largest producer and exporter of garlic in world.The garlic industry plays a significant role in agricultural economy and social development in China.Inorder topromote the high-qualitydevelopmentof thegarlic industry in China， this paperanalyzes the current situation of garlic industry standardization in China，identifies the problems in the standardization development of garlic industry in China， and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
