Infuence of Standardized Pre-hospital and In-hospital First Aid Procedures on the Prognosis of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract: Objective:To explore the impactof standardized pre-hospital and in-hospital frst aid procedureson the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: A total of 320 patients with acute myocardial infarctionadmited to theFirst People's Hospital of Baiyin,Gansu Province fromJune 2022 to June 2024 were selectedand randomlydivided into the experimental group and thecontrol group,with160 cases ineach group.The experimental group implemented standardized first aid procedures,while the control group adopted conventionalfrst aid procedures.The mortality rate,myocardial enzymatic indicators and the incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results: The mortalityrate, myocardial enzymatic indicators and complication rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P
