Analysis of the Standardization Transformation Path of Continuing Medical Education in Blood Stations under the Background of Reducing the Burden on Grassroots Levels

Abstract:Objective: To exploretherole of standardized management inreducing the burden of continuing medical education in blood stations,and provide references for improving the qualityof education and alleviating the burden on medical staff.Methods: This paper analyzes the current situation and predicament of the credit system for continuing medical education.Taking the Lianyungang RedCross Central Blood Stationasan example,it elaborates on the management and credit requirements of continuing education in blood stations,and introduces the application, advantages and implementation strategies of standardized management in continuing medical education in blood stations.Results:Implementing standardized management breaksthrough the limitationsof timeand space,optimizes resource allocation,and improves the eficiencyofcredit management. Conclusion: Standardized management provides an effective way to reduce the burden ofcontinuing medical education in blood stations,and contributes to continuous exploration and innovation,as wellas beter ensuring blood safety and the developmentof voluntary blood donation.
