Application Value of Standardized Nutrition Nursing Intervention Program in Primary Prevention of Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract: Objective: To systematically evaluate the application value of standardized nutrition nursing intervention program in the primary prevention ofcoronary heart disease.Methods: Atotal of 108 patients diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in theCardiovascularCenterof the Baiyin ThirdPeople's Hospital,Gansu Province from January 2023 to June 2O24 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 54 cases in each group.The experimental group received standardized nutrition nursing intervention program, whilethe control grouponly received conventional nutrition nursing.Thechangesof blood lipid,blood pressure, bodyweightand waist circumference werecompared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,in terms of bloodlipid control, the experimental group was beter than the control group in reducing total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and increasing high density lipoprotein cholesterol, P
