医育融合下高职婴幼儿照护能力标准化培养模式研究

Abstract： This paper focuses on the integrated medical and childcare services，and explores a standardized training modelforinfantandchildcarecompetenciesinvocationalcolleges.Byanalyzingthecurrentstatusoftalentcultivation in infant andchildcare programs and incorporating theconceptofintegrated medical andchildcare services，this paper investigates how to systematicall develop interdisciplinary professionals who understand childdevelopment principles and master essential health care skills.Through clarifying competency standards，restructuring currculumsystems， innovating teachingmethods，and improvingevaluationmechanisms，itaddresses the industry's practical demand for specialized care services.
