Abstract: This study aims to thoroughlyexplore and verify the application efectofAI intelligent dialogue technology in simulated patient teaching. Through a scientifically rigorous experimental design,this study comparatively analyzes the diferences in teaching effectiveness between the observation group (adopting AI intelligent dialogue to simulate standardized patients for teaching)and thecontrol group (continuing withthe traditional teaching mode). The experimental results clearly show that the AI intellgent dialogue simulation teaching mode exhibits significant advantages in multiple key indicators: specifically,the accuracy rate of medical history colection among students in the observation group reached 85% ,representing a significant improvement compared with 65% in the control group; in terms of diagnostic accuracy,the observation group also achieved an excellent score of 75% ,whichwas significantly better than 55% in the control group. Further research analysis reveals that this AI intelligent dialogue simulated teaching mode not only provides more realistic and diverse simulation scenarios in practical training sessions but also demonstrates unique advantages in personalized teaching and teaching safety,effectively making up for the deficiencies of traditional teaching and being worthy of widespread promotion.
