Abstract：Asabridgeand link topromotethe transformationof scientificand technological achievements into social products，technical standards playan important role in the promotion and application of scientific and technological achievements，driving technological innovation and promoting industrial upgrading.Through the investigation and research on the standardized transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements in Shandong Province，this paper discusses the current situation，existing problems and suggestions of the work.Byconducting the investigationand researchon the standardized transformationmechanismof scientificand technologicalachievements， it identifes current challenges and emerging needs in converting technological innovation into technical standards， maps out Shandong Province's standardized transformation pathways，and fosters the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and standards.It aims to accelerate the integration of scientific and technological achievementsandtechnical standards，enhance thesupportofscientificandtechnologicalachievements forstandards， and achieve the synergistic development between standardization and scientific and technological innovation.
