Abstract: In the context of global“dual carbon”,the lithium battery industry urgently needs to improve energy eficiency and undergo low-carbon transformation.International experience shows that the United States focuses on data-driven optimization,Japan focuses on process leanization,and Germany emphasizes overall energy efficiency improvement. In contrast, only 5% of China's production capacity reached the energy efficiency benchmark in 2020,whichis significantly lower than the target of 30% by2025.Thisarticle finds that electricity (60%~70% and natural gas (25%-35% )are the main energy consumption in the production process,with coating drying (30%~45%) and chemical conversion process (40%) being the key energy consumption links.By implementing comprehensive measures such as coating waste heat recovery, chemical energy feedback,servo system optimization,and thermal system renovation, energy consumption can be reduced by 15%-25% .At the same time, establishing unified carbon accounting standards,promoting intellgent energy efciency management,and accelerating thereplacementof clean energy are key paths to promoting green development in the industry.This article provides a systematic technical solution for energyconservation and emision reduction in the lithium battery industry, which has important guiding significance for achieving the national"dual carbon” strategic goals.
